TAARE ZAMEEN PAR-IT'S SPECIAL

Finally a movie that is not be tagged as a One-time watch.
TZP in short is a story encapsulating LIFE.
The Survival of the Fittest is the rule of the jungle.

Ishaan, a dyslexic child is unable to cope with the fast moving world. Living in his own world, his parents refuse to accept this mental deformity of their son. TZP is not a story of Ishaan but a depiction of state of mind of inhabitants of a society. We shy away from taking responsibility of failures.

Ishaan was a victim of the repressive education system that aims at killing all creativity.
The fittest who learn and cram are the only survivors. The movie makes us aware that there exists a world of lesser privileged. THOSE unlike us, who can never think of success, fame, money but their only worry is continued existence. Children who can never be support of their aged parents but would always remain a liability.

Ohh!!! We are all sympathies!!!
But how much do we care for them??
How is the society going to contribute to make their lives better??
As a society, how willing are we to nurture a plant which is already plagued??
We decide fates and tag others as failures even without knowing the cause of failure??

Far from wanting to identify the symptoms to reach a solution, we are weighed down by the Issue. We compare and distinguish tiny tots without the slight knowledge of their capabilities. Nature has gifted a peacock with colorful feathers and a nightingale with a sweet voice. Every child is exceptional. We do the mistake of measuring the intellect and capability of a blind with a wiz kid. The need of the hour is to spot the talent and not to harp upon the weak area. The system will cripple the spirit of childhood.

Taare Zameen Par talks about collective responsibility. Instead of our sympathies, let us be kind enough to lend a helping hand. A hand stretched not out of compulsion but out of choice. Let us respect nature’s decision of bestowing distinct abilities upon these little angels and facilitate in enhancing their future.

Subjecting these tiny tots with the burden of our expectations is worse than child labor.
Forte for each is different, let’s be human enough not to subject them to the tyranny of a cruel system. Taare Zameen Par puts forth the joy of childhood and the sheer spirit each child has that makes it special and so loved. Its beyond our right to put a price tag to each spirited angel.

LETS BE THE REASONS OF A CHILD’S SMILES NOT TEARS.
